At Cozmo, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help you find a better alternative or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cozmo account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original packaging with all assembly hardware and instruction manuals included to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our white-glove team will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time; for smaller decor, simply drop off the package at any authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
